Role Description

This is a part to full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician based in Seattle, WA. Hours can be flexible, btu will typically revolve around a Monday-Friday Schedule (8am-4pm)

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.

Daily tasks include :

• Diagnosing technical issues
• Provide hands-on support to customers
• Conduct routine maintenance checks, and ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally
• Guide customers on equipment operation & preventive maintenance
