We're Hiring! Immediate Need for a Center Manager (PT or OT) – Lead Our Outpatient Rehab Team

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist with strong leadership potential? We’re urgently hiring a Center Manager for our outpatient rehabilitation center in Rancho Cordova .

In this high-impact role, you’ll manage daily operations , oversee a skilled therapy team, handle a full caseload , and support business growth—all while making a real difference in patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations & Team Leadership

  • Supervise day-to-day center activities and ensure quality patient care
  • Lead, support, and mentor therapy staff and aides
  • Manage schedules, productivity, staffing, and workflow
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
  • Approve payroll, PTO, and complete staff evaluations

Patient Care

  • Deliver individualized therapy services (PT or OT)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and supervise delegated care
  • Keep licensure current and meet CEU requirements

    • Business & Compliance

  • Monitor financial and operational metrics
  • Support local marketing and referral development
  • Drive quality assurance and process improvement efforts

    • ✅ Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited PT or OT program (CAPTE or equivalent)
  • Active CA license as a Physical or Occupational Therapist
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience (leadership a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • CPR certification
  • Proficient in EMR systems and basic computer tools
