TrueCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center, with over 50 years of serving the underserved populations in North County San Diego and Riverside, is looking to grow the Grants Team!
Location : San Marcos Corporate offices
Schedule : M-F 8 : am to 5 : 00 pm
Under the direction of the Director of Grants, the Grant Writer II will support organizational development through the research, evaluation, and development of high-quality and mission forward proposals for timely submission of grants from funding sources including, but not limited to, government, nonprofit, foundations, and for-profit funding opportunities.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in healthcare.
- Minimum of five years of grant writing, preferably in a FQHC or nonprofit health context.
- Experience with federal, state, and county grant writing.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, ability to design graphs, diagrams, and flow charts.
- Master's preferred
- Certificate in Grant Writing preferred.

In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer.
Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
