Position Overview :

As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive exceptional medical care tailored to their unique needs while honoring their cultural preferences.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring residents’ health conditions.

Assist in developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure the highest satisfaction and understanding of the care provided.

Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings to the Registered Nurse (RN) or physician as necessary.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Adhere to established nursing standards and protocols in all aspects of patient care.

Qualifications :

Active California LVN License  in good standing.

Strong clinical skills

Experience in skilled nursing or healthcare settings is preferred.

Cultural competency or familiarity with Vietnamese culture and language is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
