Project Management and Delivery across complex cross functional teams
Well Versed in MS Project and able to apply AGILE principles where necessary .
Excellent Communication skills and ability to articulate and lead BUSINESS leaders, Call Center Leads , Vendor Managers, and other stakeholders of the Program and Reporting Track
Some one with good understanding of the Analytics / Reporting / Data / ETL concepts.
Desirable Skills :
Good knowledge on reporting and analytics
Preferably knowledge of Genesys platform
Experience with Call center analytics, metrics
Customer journey management (using Genesys and / or pointillist) .
Manages the Requirements Backlog for Reporting and Analytics for BPR Reporting Workstream across contact center, IVA , CRM and Pointillist
