The Group Product Manager - Finance is responsible for the operations, processes and solutions that are the backbone of Finance across Vista Global and its entities. You will lead a team of product managers, and agile leaders to execute on implementing strategic and tactical solutions across Finance Operations and Group Reporting

Your Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for Finance technology across the Vista Global brand
• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and enhancements and strategize appropriate cross-functional plans
• Hands on product management of Vista Global’s various in-house and COTS Financial systems
• Partner with a team of Finance Stakeholders, Engineering, Enterprise Operations, Consumer Operations, and other internal teams to shape and execute product strategy and roadmap
• Influence product decisions across Vista Global, ensuring a seamless experience for the business and our clients who use multiple products and services across the brand
• Build transformative technology that makes Financial Management easier than ever

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• 10 years of experience in a dynamic and internal focused product management experience with finance background.
• 10 years of experience with Behavior Driven Development, sprint planning, agile delivery, SDLC
• Previous experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle and providing tactical solutions across Finance Operations and Group Reporting.
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for final product development by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Collaborate closely with engineering, and other cross functional teams on development, QA, and release of products and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Personable with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across functional boundaries, you are skilled at informing, motivating and leading others into action
• Product visionary with a track record of implementing complex technical products for internal customers
• Team builder with the ability to attract, hire, and develop world-class technical talent
• Trusted partner to senior leaders and excellent communicator that can drive consensus across the organization
• Experience of enterprise class financial systems, SAP preferred
• Exceptional track record of delivering cost reducing products against aggressive technical roadmaps
• You work well under pressure, are sensitive to deadlines, can adapt quickly and embrace change, have an attention to detail and are customer centric
• Experience with complex financial management processes and controls
• Passionate about defining the future of aviation
• Proficient in some or all of the following: MS Office/Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana
• Strong verbal, written and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills in English
