Template Maintenance Analyst

A company is looking for a Template Analyst to manage letter template maintenance and testing.

Key Responsibilities

Build and update letter templates based on submitted change requests

Perform extensive testing, including regression testing, prior to user acceptance testing

Deploy updated logic and templates to the production environment

Required Qualifications

Experience in template maintenance and analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to participate in requirements gathering and redlining sessions

Experience with user acceptance testing processes

Familiarity with business analytics tools
