VMware Engineer - Hybrid

Our client is looking for a VMware Engineer to join their team. Our client is looking for someone who is strong in VMware engineering and has helped with VMware buildouts, ESXi, and HA in enterprise environments.

• Description : *
• Day to day VMware Engineering
• VMware ESXi build outs
• Scripting / Automation in PowerShell
• Deploy, configure, and manage a large-scale enterprise VMware environment
• Provide hardware implementation and support for Cisco UCS environment.
• Engineer virtualization system solutions for large enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Offer operational virtualization support to other engineering teams, assisting them in leveraging VMware technologies effectively.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of VMware SRM (Site Recovery Manager) to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

Right now they are running legacy 6x and need to get 8x, needs to be able to hit the ground running and help with the legacy upgrade.

• Required Experience : *
• 5+ years as a VMware engineer in an enterprise environment
• Exposure to Cloud
