Axiom Consultants is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer with the following experience / skills :
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Salesforce Platform Developer 2 Certified required
- Advanced experience with low-code Salesforce capabilities
- Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL / SQL, and JavaScript
- Experience with Git, Github, and CI / CD
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate requirements
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Proactive, creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Experience working with large data sets and bulkification
- Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment
Responsibilities
The person in this role will develop solutions using a mix of custom code and low-code development, utilizing declarative tools when possibleEngineers who fit our team take ownership of their work end to end, are highly curious, very engaged, and work to continuously hone their skills and continue learningDevelop & implement Technical Designs for development projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom codeArchitect enhancements to data model and data flowBuild custom apps and objects, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexityContinually assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and on all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processesComplete evaluation, scope and deployment of new development requests, using APEX code, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Omnistudio, and Experience Cloud portalJob duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position / departmentEducation
