If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Shift Supervisor (NIGHT SHIFT) to join our team located at our facility in Huntersville, NC.
Your Role :
As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead plant production and will be responsible for maximizing safety, quality, and productivity while also minimizing cost.
This individual will also ensure the department is meeting target accuracy goals and completion rate of the weekly inventory cycle counts;
manage warehouse and ensure accuracy of inventory and shipping counts. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

We need you to have :
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of related professional and progressive manufacturing experience.
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Proficiency in SAP and Kronos.
Icing on the cake :
- BA / BS degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Prior team management experience including coaching a diverse staff.
