Primary Purpose :

This position's primary responsibility is strategically supporting the internal candidate experience and assisting internal candidates through the recruitment process. The individual in this role will act as a liaison between Workforce Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition to help drive communications that will enhance the internal candidate experience. This role involves collaboration with hiring managers and other Talent Acquisition Advisors to understand departmental objectives and staffing needs. The incumbent will provide feedback to internal candidates regarding their application process and direct them to appropriate resources that can help support them in their career development.

Education :

Bachelor's degree preferred. Human Resources or Business Administration fields desired.

Experience :

• 1 year of recruitment experience with a bachelor's degree or 3 years of recruitment experience with no bachelor's degree.

Recruitment experience is defined as - job posting, sourcing candidates, resume review, pre-screening candidates, interview process management, offer process management and onboarding.

Medical / healthcare staffing

Equivalent Education and / or Experience :

3 years of experience supporting or designing workforce development, internal career navigation, or succession planning programs in lieu of recruitment experience.
