Full-Time Bookkeeper / Assistant to Partners
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full-time Bookkeeper / Assistant to work with the finances of our growing company. Our ideal candidate has worked as a professional Bookkeeper for at least one two years and has experience managing books and assistant to the partners with various task.
Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities
Input transactions into QB Desktop Software.
Input weekly Timesheets / Hours
Create monthly client billing invoices.
Manage the office delivered packages.
Make deposits and take them to the bank, record all cash receipts.
Assistant duties for the partners, filling out forms, making copies, follow-up calls, etc.
Open and scan mail into the computer.
Prepare mail and Drop-off.
Answer telephones.
Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or relevant field preferred.
1-2 years of bookkeeping experience.
Proficient QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office a must.
Excellent communication and math skills.
Understand how to multi-task, answer phones, data input, and organizational skills.
Office Hours :
Hours 8 : 30 a.m.- 4 : 30 p.m. M-F. Small Office.
Pay Rate : $30.00 per hour
Full-Time : Employee Benefits including Paid Parking.
