Key responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies to customers in their preferred language
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, offering solutions while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM software, ensuring data integrity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
• Keep up to date with company offerings, process changes, and new product developments to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Manage high call volumes and consistently meet performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
