Construction Residential Sales Manager

Salary : $50k-$65k DOE

Hours : 7am-4 : 30pm, Monday through Friday.

Dress code : Business casual unless told otherwise.

Job Description :

Qualified candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding computer skills. Organization and ability to multitask is required. You must be a self-directed individual, and have the ability to work on your own without constant supervision.

This person would be handling sales of all areas considered to be residential; including but not limited to : shower doors, windows, mirrors, glass table tops and screen replacements.

The following are some of the responsibilities of the Residential Sales Manager :

• Helping customers face to face : answering questions and helping them to determine what they need.
• Processing customer quotes.
• Ordering, tracking and verifying products for customer or stock items.
• Visiting customer homes for product measures.
• Scheduling service and installment appointments for entire Residential Department.
• Processing invoices and payments.
• Updating Excel spreadsheets.
• Answering phones.
• Filing.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
