Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Risk Adjustment Manager to join the Quality team in Fort Myers, FL. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, can multi-task, and think outside of the box. As the Risk Adjustment Manager you will participate in the development, implementation and performance of workflows for auditing electronic medical records aimed at improving the health and well-being of patients and proper identification of Chronic Disease Conditions as well as working to create a unique data and reporting model to capture and optimize ICD10 reporting to Payers to improve quality for our patients and reduce healthcare costs.

Required Knowledge and Experience : You must be enrolled / or completed in a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Position requires flexibility in work hours, multi-tasking, and excellent computer skills. CRC and / or CPC preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems; Athena knowledge preferred but not required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, and balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
