With 5+ years of experience as a Line Cook under your belt you'll demonstrate your expertise in culinary operations and food safety. Strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure are key to effectively guiding the back-of-house team to success.
Your physical stamina to withstand 8-10 hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate stairs effortlessly will ensure seamless operations. Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, along with a Serve Safe Certification, is highly valued.
