We're searching for a reliable office assistant to provide marketing and administrative support. Responsibilities include implementing office standards to streamline our processes, supporting team, creating social media posts, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.

Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in both administration and marketing.

Compensation : $31,200 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Oversee online and print marketing efforts
  • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
  • This role requires employees to be in the office Monday through Friday during business hours
  • Proficient in social media

Qualifications :

  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Marketing experience, specifically social media
