What you'll do as a Retail Route Merchandiser :

• Load, deliver, and merchandise a variety of products such as soft drinks, non-carbonated beverages, coffee products, cups, condiments, snacks, fresh food, and sundries to customer locations contracted by Five Star.
• Restock and maintain vending / micro market equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and perform regular inventory checks.
• Collect cash / coins from vending locations and markets, rotate stock to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) product utilization in coolers, on shelves, coffee racks, and in vending machines.
• Assist management with customer communication regarding new products, services, and promotions.
• Set up merchandise displays and promotional materials to drive sales and engagement.
• Execute company plan-o-grams and promotional campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction.
