The Teresian House is currently hiring RN Supervisors. Full Time Evenings (2 : 45p-11 : 15p) and Full-time Night shift (10 : 45p-7 : 15a)!

Role Responsibilities :

• Oversee all nursing concerns including assessments of resident concerns.
• Use 24-hour Condition Sheets as minimum information makes rounds on each floor to ascertain condition of residents, oversee nursing care and identify problems.
• Analyze workload for the shift, prioritizes and divides tasks equitably and fairly between shift supervisors.
• Be a support to staff to maintain and provide care based on NYS Regulatory Guidelines.
