Job Description

Our East Orlando law firm is seeking a Full-Time Attorney to join our growing Debt Collection practice. This position focuses on representing financial institutions and businesses in civil litigation matters related to the recovery of outstanding debts.

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including hearings, depositions, trials, and settlement negotiations
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Appear in court regularly across Florida jurisdictions
Advise clients on legal strategies for debt recovery and case resolution
Collaborate with legal assistants and support staff to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

Requirements :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Member in good standing with the Florida Bar

1-3 years of civil litigation experience , preferably in collections or creditor’s rights

Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
