Credit Processor

A company is looking for a Credit Processor I to manage and resolve credit transactions within the EPIC system.

Key Responsibilities

Process undistributed and credit transactions through assigned work queues or reports

=97% accuracy rate on audit reviews

Review and process HPF Insurance Refund Request Letters and returned refunds for resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma and one year of revenue cycle work experience required

Prior experience in account analysis, credit resolution, billing, and / or insurance follow-up preferred

Working knowledge of insurance payor remittances and the EPIC system is helpful

Must be dependable, team-focused, and goal-oriented

Strong work ethic and positive attitude are desired
