Property and Casualty Team Lead

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Team Lead (Middle Market).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the operational activities of the Personal Risk Preferred Client Services unit, ensuring service standards

Provide technical expertise and act as an escalation point for complex client issues

Monitor team performance, manage workloads, and ensure timely renewal of insurance policies

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a Personal Property & Casualty Insurance agency

High School Graduate; college degree preferred

Understanding of Property & Casualty insurance coverages and concepts

Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or obtain one within an agreed timeframe

Prior managerial experience and call center experience preferred
