Full-Time Bookkeeper (ON-SITE)

We’re a multifaceted legal services business with a direct mail enterprise—all headquartered in Petersburg, VA. We’re seeking an experienced bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy across all financial records.

Only candidates who complete the assessments will be considered.

Compensation :

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and manage the chart of accounts for multiple businesses
• Record journal entries and perform daily reconciliations across several accounts
• Ensure GAAP compliance in all bookkeeping processes
• Handle accounts receivable / payable, payroll, purchasing / inventory, and reporting deadlines
• Support tax preparation and compliance requirements
• Contribute to smooth financial operations that help all three businesses thrive
