Location : Remote in Europe or in Asia

Job Overview : As the Head Of Engineering at ThriveCart, you will lead our engineering team to build and scale our high-performance eCommerce platform. You'll drive architectural decisions, ensure best practices in development, and cultivate a culture of innovation and technical excellence. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

What Your Work Will Entail :

• Technical Leadership : Define and execute the engineering vision, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of the ThriveCart platform.
• Team Management : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture.
• Product Development : Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to develop and launch new features that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
• Scalability & Performance : Oversee infrastructure, system architecture, and DevOps strategies to ensure a reliable and scalable platform.
• Quality & Best Practices : Implement and enforce best practices for software development, including CI / CD, code reviews, testing, and security protocols.
• Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies and methodologies to keep ThriveCart at the forefront of eCommerce innovation.
