1-3 years of experience working with mental health patients is required, as is a valid clinical social worker license (LCSW). Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients participating in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and general therapy services.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, intake evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and other members of the Inner Healing Collaboration Program to ensure coordinated, holistic client care.
• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans that integrate therapeutic, relational, and experiential approaches.
• Facilitate preparation and integration sessions for clients undergoing KAP treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record system.
• Participate in team meetings, consultation groups, and interdisciplinary case discussions.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with professional and legal guidelines.
• Stay current with research and best practices in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and integrative healing approaches.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and heart-centered team culture consistent with Full Heart's mission and values.
• Support patients and their families with evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings
• Incorporate treatment team input to design plans based on the patients' values, objectives, and health, while ensuring that support structures are easily accessible
• Prepare patient documentation and communicate pertinent clinical information to the patient, referring provider, and treatment team
• Complete weekly or biweekly telephone wellness checks to inquire about patients' mental health and compliance with medication use
• Gain insight into a person's needs and devise a plan of action tailored to their specific situation based on behavior modification needs
