Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Inbound Ops & Workforce Analytics to enhance operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement workforce strategies to optimize processing costs and efficiency

Build and maintain performance metrics and analytics to support labor utilization and operational productivity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align staffing strategies and technology investments with operational goals

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic planning

A minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams in a strategic planning or analytics role

Proven track record in developing headcount models and workforce strategies

Advanced analytical skills with experience in SQL, Excel, or BI tools

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
