Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate with clients.
• Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision.
• Support client activities of daily living (ADLs) if needed.
• Assist in crisis intervention.
• Ensure proper documentation per policies and procedures.

Crestwood's Santa Barbara Crisis Residential is a short-term, voluntary, mental health Crisis Residential Treatment Program that welcomes guests into a warm, homelike environment. Guests receive programs aligned with Crestwood's continuum of care to support recovery.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
