Reporting to the Growth Manager, this role will serve as a key analytical and operational partner, translating customer data into actionable insights, running experiments across the funnel, and helping to scale revenue-driving programs.   If you’re passionate about fintech, thrive on turning data into growth opportunities, and are eager to drive impact across the entire customer journey in a fast-moving environment, this is your chance to play a key role in shaping our growth strategy through insight and execution.   RESPONSIBILITIES

XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this (Salary Exempt or Non-exempt hourly rate) role ranges from ($76,000USD to $90,000USD).  Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
