Role & Responsibilities :

Seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to drive the execution of mid-to-large scale initiatives across organization. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead multiple scrum teams and manage delivery across complex initiatives.
  • Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders (MD / SVP level) to align on priorities and progress.
  • Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and QA leads to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-project communication.
  • Align with Product Analysts and Managers to define and deliver product roadmaps.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current and future state technologies
  • Support implementation by coordinating with solution integrators and reviewing project artifacts.
  • Document and demonstrate new system / software features to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth transition of solutions to Production Operations and Support teams.
  • Drive a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications :

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ total years’ experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI / UX, PO )
  • 2+ years’ experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master
  • Ability to coordinate and assist teams to resolve complex analytical and technical issues.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks
  • Demonstrated an ability to significantly improve technical or methodology processes
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making in ambiguous situations, even when direction and details are limited
  • Effectively influences stakeholders across multiple disciplines without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment
