Job description
A company is looking for a Sr. Certified Agile Coach to facilitate Agile transitions within teams.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor Agile teams and coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners
Formulate governing policies to support Agile methodologies and identify relevant metrics
Assist in project planning, risk identification, and empower managers to make strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Operations, Business, or Technology
Minimum 15+ years of experience in an Agile environment
Expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies
At least one relevant Agile certification (e.g., ICP-ACC, PSPO 2, PSM 2)
Agile Certified Practitioner and Certified Agile Coach preferred
