The  Bar Supervisor at The Chase Rooftop Bar, Moxy Cincinnati Downtown,  leads a vibrant and energetic team to deliver a high-energy, guest-focused experience that reflects both Moxy’s playful spirit and the elevated ambiance of The Chase. This position oversees all aspects of rooftop bar operations — from staff supervision and inventory control to guest engagement and event support — ensuring that every cocktail, conversation, and sunset moment exceeds expectations.

Compensation : $17 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities :

Guest Experience & Service

• Create an upbeat, welcoming environment that captures the essence of both  Moxy Hotels  and  The Chase Rooftop Bar .
• Engage with guests to build rapport, ensure satisfaction, and promote repeat visits.
• Manage high-volume service periods with energy and professionalism.
• Support creative beverage programs, themed events, and rooftop activations that attract both locals and hotel guests.
• Maintain Moxy’s signature fun and friendly service tone in every interaction.
