The Marketing Coordinator works directly with marketing management to drive brand awareness and intent to visit Ashley HomeStores. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing Storis operational support and general assistance to the marketing department in the day-to-day management of marketing initiatives. This position works closely with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines and outside agencies to ensure communications and promotions are aligned with marketing objectives. The Marketing Coordinator is accountable for the continued growth of awareness, engagement and visitation by implementing strategies of marketing initiatives.
Primary Job Functions :
- Storis expert for the marketing team that serves as liaison for all departments.
- Facilitate the creative process, including submitting work requests, reviewing changes and routing for
approval.
Work closely with various departments to ensure marketing campaigns are deployed as planned.Provide project management for all assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met and projects progressin a timely fashion.
Pull campaign results, update reporting and assist with campaign analysis.Contribute to brainstorming, consistently monitoring competitive landscape and marketing trends inorder to make effective recommendations.
Communicate effectively with other members of the marketing team to meet department goals.Establish and maintain effective communication and working relations with internal and externalpartners in order to secure and maintain their cooperation for assistance with special events and
promotional programs.
Coordinate the creation and printing of all internal marketing material requests.Provide administrative support for the marketing department; schedule meetings, order and maintainoffice supplies, coordinate events, book travel, submit expense reports, etc.
