Quality Manager Precision Machining

A high-precision aerospace and industrial manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead company-wide quality efforts and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications. This individual will manage internal and external audits, oversee FAIRs (AS9102), and lead the implementation of PPAPs, PFMEAs, APQPs, and OEEs across production. The role includes direct responsibility for root cause investigations, corrective actions, supplier quality programs, and process control systems (SPC, MSA).

This position also includes managing and mentoring a team of 5+ quality technicians and engineers, ensuring a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Requirements :

• 5+ years in a quality leadership role within machining or aerospace manufacturing
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, FAIRs, PPAP, PFMEA, APQP
• Strong audit management, data analysis, and team leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
