We are currently seeking a highly skilled Permanent Ink Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating our ink manufacturing equipment, ensuring the highest quality of ink production. This position requires a strong understanding of ink composition, color matching, and the technical aspects of ink dispensing and press systems.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Ink Technician, your primary responsibilities will include :

• Operating and maintaining ink dispensing systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitoring ink press operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
• Conducting regular inspections of ink pumps and related equipment, performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new ink formulations to meet customer requirements.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise in the ink production process.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
