We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager with a focus on Landscape in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing and growing our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling products and services.
6. Prepare detailed proposal documents, commercial presentations, and reports.
7. Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
8. Address client issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
9. Coordinate with various teams (such as project management and customer service) to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
10. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and strengthen our presence in the market.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Manager, or in a similar sales role, within the landscape industry.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
5. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
6. Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and meeting or exceeding targets.
7. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
8. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
11. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
12. Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
13. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
14. Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes.
15. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
16. Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce, and help desk support software.
