Required Qualifications :
- PharmD Pharmacy or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Texas Pharmacist Registered upon hire,
Preferred Qualifications :
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
