Accounts Receivable / Billing / Office Admin Specialist

Type of Employment : Direct Hire, Part Time (3 days a week), Fully Onsite

Compensation : $28-$30 an hour

Location : Downtown Portland, OR

Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable / Billing / Office Admin position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Downtown Portland, OR which is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable / Billing / Office Admin to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Responsibilities for this position include :

• Billing tasks
• Processing payments of outstanding balances
• Following up on overdue accounts
• Resolving invoice issues or inquiries
• Handling office duties, including reception, inventory management, and dishwashing
