Are you a motivated sales professional with proven experience in the metals, steel, or aluminum industry? EMS is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us strengthen customer relationships while driving business growth.
What You’ll Do :
- Connect with new and existing customers to ensure top-notch service and build lasting partnerships.
- Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and proposals with attention to detail.
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Generate and close leads through cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Maintain organized sales and call reports to track performance and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For :
I ndustry experience in metals, steel, or aluminum is required.Proven track record in sales and customer service.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a talent for relationship-building.Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, plus strong math skills.A four-year college degree is preferred.Why Join Us :
