Managing Director, Head of Partner Strategy and Management

JPMorganChase is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as Managing Director, Head of Partner Strategy and Management within our Sports & Entertainment Sponsorships group. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing new partnership opportunities, as well as managing and optimizing relationships with existing partners to ensure the firm maximizes its investments and achieves strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership :

Develop and execute the partnership strategy for the Sports & Entertainment Sponsorships group

Oversee the management of existing sports and entertainment partnerships, ensuring relationships are strong and mutually beneficial

Analyze partnership performance and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior leadership

Lead the Sports & Entertainment Sponsorships team, mentoring and developing high-performing team members

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in sports and entertainment sponsorships
