Location : Washington, DC (hybrid model including in-home, school, and virtual settings) Schedule : Full-time with a minimum of 25 billable hours per week

Primary Responsibilities :

About the Role : National Therapy Center is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing ABA team in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work across home, school, and virtual environments with clinical support and a manageable caseload. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, individualized ABA services and committed to achieving a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.

We welcome both seasoned BCBAs and senior or lead therapists who plan to sit for their BCBA exam within the next 90 days . Clinical collaboration, autonomy, and a people-first culture are central to this role.
