As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a visible presence. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, engaging with personnel and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity. Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding incidents and / or observations. Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities. Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries as needed. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client. An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
