Product Manager For Consumer Lending Products
Primary product manager for a suite of consumer lending products such as GreenSky, SoFi, Avant, home equity, consumer credit card, small business credit card, home equity lines of credit, and other consumer unsecured loan products. Management and profit and loss responsibility for the products as well as business oversight of all aspects of the product lifecycle from originations through closure and or default.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages new account originations through business rules and analytics to hit plan goals in terms of new accounts, approval rates, NII, net revenue, and NIACC. Provides management from program development though creative and collateral messaging development through to execution, testing and tracking to optimize results. Identifies and analyzes new third party lending opportunities for the organization. Leads and coordinates financial analysis, project onboarding, and P-L targets.
- Manages and sets product teaser, intro, promo, and go to pricing for consumer lending products. Performs elasticity and demand modeling and strategy development to target offer optimization to increase balances, revenues, and overall product profitability. Works closely with finance with regard to product cost allocations and FTP.
- Manages ongoing product lifecycle via offer, activation, and utilization management campaigns using modeling and analytics. Completes all necessary fire line of defense risk management functions and testing. Develops programs, analytics, and tools to deter accounts and balance attrition and closure.
- Manages regulatory, complaint, or legal matters that may arise in the course of business activities with regard to lending products. Ensures that lending products fully adhere to the bank's enterprise risk and credit risk policies and procedures.
- Serves as consumer lending subject matter expert on any tactical or strategic projects that may arise in the course of business or due diligence.
- Manages the annual performance management and merit processes for direct and indirect reports. Coaches and develops team members and builds a work environment where team members are engaged and feel a positive sense of achievement about their role in the company. Works closely with Human Resources regarding employee relations, compensation, training, posting and filling vacant positions and other Human Resources related matters.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.

Minimum Education :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum Experience :
