Senior Account Director
The Role
The Sales Professional identifies and develops new Large Enterprise Financial Technology sales opportunities, provides product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.
They introduce Lumens Solutions Portfolio of services to new and / or existing customers. They are responsible for the implementation of strategic and tactical sales account plans.
Develops and maintains accurate sales and / or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.
This position allows for work from home when not in Team or Client Meetings in the one of the following areas : New York City, NY, Columbus, Ohio, Plano, TX.
The Main Responsibilities
- Executes strategies to win new business from new and / or existing Banking or Financial Services accounts.
- Develops and manages relationships with acquired and / or existing customers in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
- Develops action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
- Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the company's entire product suite. May have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products and / or services.
- Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
- Provides input to sales management about trends and changes taking place within the customer’s organization, and makes recommendations about future courses of action necessary of the company towards improving its position with the customer.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Requires at least 50% or more of time conducting sales activities outside of the office.
- 7+ years of industry / technical sales experience.
- Business Outcome Selling Expertise
- Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
- Proficient in MS office products : Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
There is commission on top of the base salary ranges listed below.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$129940 - $173250 in these states : CT, NJ, NY, and TX.
$118,130-$157,500 in this state : OH
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
