DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will supervise the implementation of capital projects and capital investments.
- You will recommend short- and long-term facility improvements and expansions.
- You will lead initiatives to further productivity and infrastructure integrity.
- You will assume technical leadership to ensure safe design throughout the plant.
- You will manage the Maintenance Manager as a direct report.
SKILLS
- You hold a Bachelors in Engineering.
- You have 10+ years of project management experience in food manufacturing.
- You are familiar with food plant GMPs and food & human safety requirements. Experience with temperature-controlled production environments preferred.
- You identify as a natural leader. Prior management experience preferred.
