Location : New York City
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000

Our client is seeking a motivated Floor Manager to join their successful team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the industry!
Responsibilities of the Floor Manager :
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest level of service
- Work alongside the management and back of house team to ensure a smooth service for guests
- Address and resolve all guest queries in a prompt and efficient manor
- Create staff schedules and undertake pre-shift meetings with the team
- Build a great work environment for the team
- Ensure each team member is fully trained, supported and equipped to do their job
