Position Summary

The QA Analyst will support the DonorDrive platform as an integral part of our Support and Product development teams.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Be an expert of the DonorDrive platform, and stay up-to-date as features are added / updated. Discover software defects and write clear steps to reproduce in JIRA.
• Track and verify resolutions for software defects and client requests.
• Verify defect resolutions that are pushed to production on a daily basis.
• Perform cross-browser / device testing for new client website designs, as well as new features.
• Actively work with the Development and Design teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work closely with QA Manager, team members, and CTO to improve quality standards and procedures.
• Execute automated tests for common and tedious test cases.
• Review and provide feedback on new feature requirements.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases for new features.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and biweekly sprint planning meetings.
• Participate in new feature releases and maintenance windows as required.
• Participate and actively contribute in project and team meetings.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and knowledge sharing and work with the team to implement changes / solutions.

We're Excited if You Have :

• Working knowledge of modern web browsers on desktop and mobile devices; including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments.
• Familiarity with web application testing, SDLC and testing best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Ability to isolate defects effectively and provide specific conditions for reproducibility.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task on varying projects and initiatives. Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have an obsessive attention to detail and are not satisfied with "good enough."
• Have a strong sense of pride and ownership in your work.
• Are constantly thinking about how to make things better and do things differently to solve problems. Are self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Have a curiosity for learning with a focus on growing yourself.

• JIRA and Confluence
• Selenium-based automated test frameworks
• Familiar with Zephyr and robot framework
• Mobile App testing

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or a combination of education and experience)
• 2+ years of experience with web developers and designers, providing testing and design assurance, verification, and validation
• 1+ years working with agile development methodologies
