We’re hiring a Concrete Flatwork Foreman for full-time work based in the West Fargo area. What You'll be Doing :

Oversee flatwork crews and ensure quality, safety, and job efficiency on-site

Read and interpret blueprints to provide accurate and timely direction to your team

Coordinate and communicate clearly with job superintendents, engineers, architects, and clients

Manage equipment, trucks, and trailers with a focus on safety and care

Review timesheets weekly for accuracy and handle job-related paperwork on schedule

Evaluate project costs, materials, and timelines to ensure the team stays on track

Enforce company policies and foster a positive, productive team culture

Who We're Looking For :

Proven leadership experience in concrete flatwork

Strong understanding of blueprint reading and job planning

Skilled in motivating crews and mentoring newer team members

Clear, professional communicator—even under pressure

Organized, accountable, and ready to take ownership of your projects

Leads by example and maintains high standards for safety and quality

Ability to solve problems on the fly without losing your cool
