Key Responsibilities
Process policy transactions including new binds, renewals, cancellations, and agent copy requests within required turnaround times
Maintain production and quality standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service level agreements
Communicate effectively with brokers, agencies, customers, and internal teams to clarify inquiries and confirm policy details
Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center or strong customer service environment
Administrative background supporting external clients; comfortable handling phone interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
