This growing, award-winning architecture and design firm in Downtown Manhattan is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead complex, high-impact projects from concept through construction. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all phases of architectural projects — from initial concept through construction administration
• Supervise and mentor teams; delegate tasks and ensure quality control across all deliverables
• Review and approve code analysis, material specifications, and documentation
• Oversee the development and coordination of construction documents and BIM models
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Work closely with Project Managers to align on scope, schedules, and staffing needs
• Advocate for design quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Help refine documentation processes and elevate technical standards across the firm

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
