Job description

Job Summary

The Payroll Manager executes a range of technical duties to facilitate payroll processing, CALSTRS & 403-457(b) retirement reporting, systems analysis, statistical reporting, and policy formulation. This role encompasses conducting payroll operations such as time card verification, computation of salaries, and the execution of payroll processing. Additionally, the Payroll Manager is responsible for auditing and managing various related personnel files, records, and reports, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information is maintained at all times.

This position is remote and will be performed from a home office. Candidates must reside in the Southern California area.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Copy of Transcript (Minimum Bachelors in Accounting)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three current (within 1 year) letters of recommendation. At least one from an immediate supervisor.)
